Rules

I) Only members may participate in competitions , teams that belong to the continents  of Europe, Asia and Africa and are affiliated to the Federation.

Format of Competitions:
II) All competitions will be through "friendly games "!

Shipping and Handling Challenges / Invitation of exhibition matches

IIa) We will disclose the official calendar with All games from rounds, dates and leaders responsible for sending these challenges / Invitations Each group stage of the championship. In Phase and final round, the table will be published with those responsible for sending Challenges / Invitations.

II.b) All matches will take place only on Fridays in games of "Round Trip" (Doubles) .

II.b) Shipments of Challenges / Invitations should be made ​​until Tuesday of each week.

Rule one: Rescheduling only on Thursday (before the official round) or Saturday (day after official round)

WO and Punishment

II.E) Teams within the rules may apply for  WO AUTOMATIC to:

II.g) each team has only 2 WO tolerance and are acumalativos by Season.

II.H) in the third automaticamenete WO will be removed and suspended the current season, only invited back next season demoted to a lower division (if any)!
II.I) Any officer suspended for season two times in a row, the Federation will be deleted!

We welcome submissions and Challenges / Invitations, you should rely only by the calendar and time of your country!

Championships

III) The schedule with all games and dates will be posted on our website.

III.a) Championships will be held on the Site: Todosostorneios .

III.B) The groups will have at least 4 times and a maximum of 6 teams. except for special cases!

III.c) will qualify for the next phase of the two best placed teams in the table!

Tiebreakers
III.D) the tiebreakers are the same for all competitions.
III.e) In the group stage matches or qualifiers: Time was punished with less WO, points, wins, goals for, against and Goals Goal Balance.
III.f) In the qualifying round: Wins, Goal Difference, Goals scored away from home, best campaign in Phase 1 (when competition with the group stage) and ranked the best team in Manager Zone.

Classification

2) Paragraph: Each continent will have its championship and the winner of each continent will compete in the World Club Cup with the winner of the Copa Libertadores (Latin) and thus know who the best team FINMZ !
Teams that fall between the first and fourth will play in the Champions League Continental .
Teams that are between the fifth and eighth , will play in the Continental League Honor !

The ranking will come out of Europe League, Asian and African League League:

1st World Club Cup and  Champions League Continental

2nd Continental Champions League

3rd   Continental Champions League

4th   Continental Champions League

5th   Continental League Honor

6 th Continental League Honor

7 th Continental League Honor

8 th Honor Continental League

IV) The competitions have minimum of 6 participants , otherwise take place .

V) Times do not partake of his Continental League (African, Asian and Europe) will be suspended for a season and may return the following season relegated from Division (if any).

V I) Ethics and Respect are the basic principles of relations in FINMZ and when violated , the Council will meet to decide the penalty .

VII) The Council will consider cases not covered by the rules described above.
